Questions We Get Before Every Project

  • 01

What does your web design and development process look like?

It starts with understanding your business properly. What you offer, who your customers are and what a strong result looks like for you specifically. From there we shape the user experience, design the interface and build it to perform on every screen and browser. After launch, we stay involved rather than handing you the keys and disappearing.

  • 02

Which platforms do you build on?

Primarily WordPress, with official partnerships with Shopify, Squarespace and Wix. Whichever platform we recommend, the design is always fully custom and responsive. No templates placed over your content. If you have a specific platform in mind, get in touch and we will give you a straight answer on whether it is the right fit for your goals.

  • 03

What kinds of businesses and industries do you work with?

A broad range, from early-stage startups to established enterprises and nonprofits. Sectors we work in regularly include healthcare, tech, legal, financial services, B2B and fitness. Before any design work starts, we research your business and your industry so the site is built for the audience that actually needs to find you.

  • 04

How long does a website take and what does it cost?

Most marketing sites take four to eight weeks, depending on page count, content readiness and how many revision rounds are involved. Pricing is scoped per project so you are not paying for services you do not need. Book a call or request a proposal and you will have a written quote with a clear scope before anything begins.

  • 05

Do you integrate AI features into websites?

Yes. We build AI-powered features directly into your site based on what your business actually needs. That includes intelligent chat for lead capture, automated intake forms, content personalization and workflow connections to the tools you already use. AI should work inside your site as a proper business tool, not sit on top of it as an afterthought.
